Debbie Zourdos is a native of Pittsburgh, Pa. who currently resides in Boca Raton, Fl. As a graduate of Hood College in Frederick, MD with a BS in Home Economics, she has been a teacher, a dedicated volunteer for her church and many other nonprofit organizations. She is an avid reader and enjoys facilitating her book club. As a sports enthusiast, she follows her favorite teams, the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Washington Capitals. When not immersed in books, she enjoys golf, pickleball and baking. She and her husband, acquired a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel a little over eight years ago. Clapton, yes named after Eric, was born in a rural area very much unlike the city atmosphere where he was to reside. This is a tale of adapting to a new environment. Debbie, happily married to Chris for many years, has two sons, and a loving grandson who she adores. As a first time author, she sincerely hopes you and your children enjoy this wonderfully illustrated book with a message of love.
