Thirteen-year-olds Dudley Deusendorf and Jay Walters, like everyone else in the known world, have always tried to avoid the feared and hated bully, Russell Fulmer. But when a prank they conjure up meant to target the neighborhood geezer victimizes Russell instead, twisted fate finds Russell taking the blame. Thus begins a series of questionable projects which, accidentally or otherwise, end up not only in disaster, but continue adding to Russell's growing list of crimes and penalties.
