Autorenporträt
Dusty Wissmath founded his namesake fly-fishing school in 1996 in the Cumberland Valley of Pennsylvania where it quickly earned a reputation as a professional, yet easygoing fly-fishing school. In addition to directing his own school, Dusty heads the Orvis Fly Fishing School in Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania, is an instructor at the Wulff School of Fly Fishing, and served as the lead instructor at L.L. Bean's Fly Fishing School in Virginia. He holds his Certified Casting Instructor rating from Fly Fishers International and is a founding board member of their Guides Association. Dusty hosts trips to fly-fishing destinations worldwide and his writing and photography can been found in several fly fishing periodicals and books. Dusty is a Simms and Costa Guide Ambassador and a Pro Staff member of Scott Fly Rods, Hatch Reels, and Hyde Drift Boats. He lives in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
