I grew up in Southern California. I love hiking, chocolate, and family. My mother is from Marseilles, France, and originally Algeria. She taught me many recipes, usually with a Mediterranean, South of France flare. I also inherited her love for chocolate, something which I passed down to my own daughter. As an author, my goal is to create books that depict family bonds and how simple things can foster love and acceptance. I live with my husband and three kids in South Florida.
