Lisa Schur is Professor and former Chair of the Department of Labor Studies and Employment Relations at Rutgers University, USA. Douglas Kruse is a Distinguished Professor in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University, a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research in Cambridge, USA, and a Research Fellow in the IZA Institute of Labor Economics in Bonn, Germany. Peter Blanck is University Professor at Syracuse University and Chairman of the Burton Blatt Institute (BBI), Syracuse University, USA.
