Dr. Harris has served in frontline leadership for thirteen years within the blow molding and injection molding industry as a supervisor. Those experiences taught him the valuable lesson of watching an unfinished product go from a thought, to a raw material into a finished good product. He has also served as a pastor for eighteen years and has served on a national, regional and local level. He is married to Jennifer Harris and they have three adult children.
