I am originally from New Zealand but lived in Australia for twenty years after moving there in 1995. While in Sydney, I completed a four-year, part-time naturopathy course, earning an advanced diploma in naturopathy, along with diplomas in nutrition, herbal medicine, and remedial massage. I later became a certified Reiki master.I completed my naturopathic studies in 1999, but natural therapies were often met with scepticism and suspicion since orthodox medicine dominated healthcare. As a result, I primarily worked as a remedial massage therapist, a more widely accepted natural therapy, while also offering Reiki healing, naturopathy, and herbal medicine.In 2015 I returned to New Zealand to live.
