While there are many beautifully translated versions of the Treatise, unless the translator understands, cultivates, and can apply the knowledge in practice, meanings are often lost or misrepresented. It took me a couple of decades of diligent studies to be proficient enough to comment on the Treatise in my own words. This reference manual is a companion to my workshops on the Wang Zongyue Tai Chi Treatise, which I hold regularly in Australia and internationally. Everything described in the Wang Zongyue Tai Chi Treatise can be applied and explained in practical terms. There is nothing hidden in his writing.
