Jonathan Mackwell with his wife Jenny, lead Waypoint Church in Berwick-Upon-Tweed.After studying a degree in Biblical & Applied Theology and training in pastoral ministry, Jonathan trained as a missionary and worked out in rural West Africa involved in initial church planting.Jonathan felt called back to the UK in 2012 where he worked as a housing officer before starting Waypoint Church with Jenny in 2017 based on foundations of Word and Spirit, Mission and Discipleship.Both have a passion to see their local community reached and transformed by the love and power of Jesus.
