Jane Salem and her husband are parents of 2 sons, one born with a rare disease that manifests itself in a variety of disabilities that have impacted his life in a variety of ways over the years. Jane served as an educator in a suburb of Cleveland for nearly 30 years before her retirement in 2015. She is a long-time committed volunteer in both her church and in her community specifically with nonprofits and programs that serve and advocate for people with disabilities. Her passion is being a voice of inclusion and accessibility. An avid cyclist and hiker, she loves being outdoors and spending time with her husband of nearly 40 years and their 2 adult sons, friends and family.
