Autorenporträt
Lauren is an undergraduate student and passionate advocate for neurodiversity. Diagnosed with autism as a young adult, she was inspired by her own journey to write Lily's Magical Mind, a story that helps children understand that thinking and feeling differently is something to be proud of. Lauren hopes her book fosters empathy, inclusion, and self-confidence in children of all neurotypes. She is currently working towards a BASc in Health Studies at Mount Allison University. Outside of writing, she loves to run STEM outreach with children, paint and do yoga.
