Woman, in the person of Anna, might well rejoice; for in the kingdom of God there is "neither male nor female;" all distinction of sex is unknown (Spence and Excell 1988, 55; Odem 2000, and Robert 2004). This paper contends that even into this kind of environment, beyond house church, women have been called to serve in mission.

Born in Miango, Plateau State, Nigeria, she has devoted her life to teaching, leadership, and the empowerment of women across Africa and beyond. She holds degrees in Theology and Biblical Studies from Jos ECWA Theological Seminary.
