In 2015, Lyndon Pryor began working at the Louisville Urban League, where as of 2022, he serves as Chief Engagement Officer. Before arriving in Louisville, Lyndon was a Student Development Specialist at Texas A&M University, where he worked to assist students in their personal growth and build their professional competencies and leadership skills. Mr. Pryor provided critical leadership, supporting students by creating programs that effectively merge academic and practical experiences.Prior to Texas A&M, Mr. Pryor worked for Housing Program at The George Washington University (GWU). In his spare time, Mr. Pryor is co-founder, President & CEO of Pryor Graphics & Design, LLC. PG&D takes a broad and bold perspective on design, focusing not just on visual and graphic art, but on programmatic and organizational design as well. As a trained facilitator, Lyndon helps organizations with strategic planning, organizational restructuring, program design, and evaluation among many other things. They can design some pretty nice marketing materials too!Mr. Pryor is a proud former student of Texas A&M University, where he received his B.S. in Political Science. He also received his M.A. in Education and Human Development from GWU. He is an avid believer in the potential of all, and that communal knowledge enhances individual growth.
