Autorenporträt
Matthew Paskus shares a culmination of his life experiences as he tells the story of St. George's Rhino. In 1966, his father decided to take a job with an American newspaper in Rome, Italy, resulting in his family moving overseas. Matt attended St. George's International School and walked up and down the Spanish Steps virtually every day on his way to meet the bus for school. He frequented the Bioparco di Roma zoo, walked the same streets the girls did, played soccer, and watched puppet shows in the Villa Borghese, just as Arhaan and Armaan did. He was also rewarded with ice cream for rescuing a kid from underneath a merry-go-round, as Arhaan and Armaan did. Later, he attended Avon Old Farms School and set his sights on Seattle, Washington, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree from Seattle University. He also attended Huxley College, where he focused on environmental resources and geography, earning a Master of Science degree from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington. > (No value selected)
