Sam McClellan is an integrative complementary health practitioner, educator, and author with nearly five decades of experience in health work. He is the creator of Integrative Acupressure, a body-mind approach to well-being that combines Chinese medicine with Western and complementary health practices. The Mind Matrix Model grew out of Sam's collaboration with leading innovators in psychology and neurology, exploring the integration of somatic approaches into mental health and trauma work. The model blends insights from neurology, psychology, and mindfulness traditions such as Buddhism into a practical framework that helps readers understand and transform patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior. Sam has taught internationally, developed therapeutic programs for professionals, and worked with clients from diverse backgrounds to support trauma recovery, emotional balance, and personal growth. Drawing on his expertise in integrative acupressure, state regulation, and self-other differentiation, his work bridges scientific insight with practical tools for everyday life.
