Dr. Florida a sensitive, has been working with sensitive individuals since 2014, while her journey has spanned the majority of her life. Through clinical practice and her own life experience, she has developed self-care, lifestyle and natural healing practices that help sensitive and empathic individuals in their journey of healing and transformation. She is licensed in Oriental Medicine has a Ph.D. in metaphysical healing and utilizes her certifications in yoga and functional medicine to guide her clients from dysfunction in body, mind and spirit to function. She has a physical clinic as well as telehealth for functional medicine and mind-set, lifestyle sessions. She is launching a DIY course program that will reach more people for transformative healing of mind-body particularly for sensitive individuals and those who have suffered trauma.
