Sarita McCoy Gregory has taught at two prestigous liberal arts colleges, Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota and Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York. She currently teaches urban politics and African American politics at Kennesaw State University in Georgia. Her research interests include comparative urban studies, race and democratic theory, African American politics, and jazz improvisation.
