Pam Bates and Paula Patty are identical twins. They do most things together including working together at Galva Family Dentistry where they reside in Galva, Illinois. Pam is Paula's boss which is how it's always been - she is 9 minutes older! Paula, however, was the experienced writer having written a column in the Galva News newspaper called Where Are They Now. She interviewed former Galva residents who left this small town but never forgot their roots. The Most Amazing Harvest is Pam and Paula's first book that was a beautiful faith strengthening experience as well as a healing process for Pam after the loss of her husband, Carl.
