Rochelle White is the creator of the ExhilaFit® Multi-Aspect Mindfulness Meditation (M.A.P.) Curriculum, combining her background as a psychotherapist and transdisciplinary artist. With a BA in Behavioral Health and MBA, she has experience teaching mindfulness-based stress reduction in schools and community programs. Her therapeutic experience includes working as a psychotherapist under psychiatric supervision and providing counseling services. As an artist, her work has been exhibited at venues including the Museum of the City of New York and the National Liberty Museum in Philadelphia. She integrates creative arts with evidence-based wellness practices, using multimedia approaches that include film, art, and writing to help build resilience and emotional regulation skills. Through ExhilaFit®, Rochelle develops innovative mindfulness resources that empower young people to navigate challenges and discover their inner strength.
