Laura Pastor is a wife, mother, teacher, and volunteer who finds joy in continual learning and connection. Married to her husband, Andy, for 26 years, she takes pride in their three sons-Max, Eli, and Hale-and their playful doodles, Grit, Gracie, and Grover.A longtime Austin, Texas resident, Laura leads an active, mindful lifestyle filled with running, yoga, meditation, music, and time outdoors. She teaches yoga at Lake Austin Spa, for private groups, and in community classes, as well as meditation and piano-grateful to share her passions through teaching.Laura also volunteers weekly with Hospice Austin and regularly visits a retirement center to sing and play piano for the residents. Deeply inspired by nature and the effects of meditation, she approaches each new experience with gratitude, curiosity, and awe.
