Richard M. Georges' Poems for Lovers follows love's progression, from infatuation to romance, commitment, illness, death, and rebirth. We love, we experience loss, and we love again. Call it the love cycle. Call it life. Call it the human condition. Georges wrote this book to communicate this progression--and join others who are in love, who are looking for love, who know they will love again in celebrating this messy, yet predictable, yet complex path upon which we all walk. Love will find a way.

Autorenporträt
Richard M. "Rick" Georges is a solo law practitioner, practicing in St. Petersburg, Florida. He is active in the St. Petersburg and Florida Bars, and presents seminars and programs on the use of computers and technology in the practice of law. He authors the "FutureLawyer" blog, and has taught law office management and computer-assisted legal research at the college and law school level. He has also taught poetry at the College level. His "FutureLawyer" blog is widely read, and he is a recognized expert in the application of computers and technology to law practice. He has previously published "Life is Simple, Really -- Poems About Life, Loving, Fun and Family", which reflects his belief that those things are more important than anything we do in our professional lives. He owes a debt of gratitude to his college professor and mentor, Miller Williams, who helped him find his poetic voice at Loyola University of the South. This collection focuses on love at every level, from attraction to passion to commitment, to loss, to rebirth and new love, and tries to help the reader move on at each level. It is dedicated to Diane Bernadette Twar, and is published simultaneously with their marriage. She is proof that love will find a way.
