TR Cliborne is a retired law enforcement officer who was a member of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Cliborne met her husband while serving in the military; they have one child. Cliborne holds a BA in Criminal Justice Administration and Management, a minor in Psychology, and certificates in Criminal Profiling, Physical Security and Sex Offender Behavior.
