Autorenporträt
Greg Allen (1957 - ) is an author, former nationally syndicated columnist, poet, songwriter, artist, and the founder of Builder of the Spirit Ministries.

He has a younger brother.

Greg lived with his father until the age of seventeen before running away. He left to live with his mother and grandmother.

He would later graduate from Frankfort High with an A-B average. Some college studies would follow.

Joining the Air Force Reserves is where he met his wife, Cindy. They married in 1982 and are still happily together. They are the parents of three and the grandparents of two.

In 1988 Greg started his own General Contractor business. The first quarter of 2001 wasn't a very good time for business, work was nonexistence, and at that time Greg wrote his first book, "Builder of the Spirit."

Greg states, "I never really know how it will flow when I write - the Holy Spirit guides me when I do. I was never much of a reader or writer before, but God has changed all that!"
