Arron Johnson is an entrepreneur, technology innovator, and advocate for personal resilience. Diagnosed with alopecia areata at age 15, which progressed to alopecia universalis, Johnson transformed this challenge into a catalyst for growth. His journey from hiding behind du-rags to confidently embracing his appearance mirrored his professional evolution in information technology. A former member of Savion Glover's tap dance group TiDii, Johnson has performed internationally. He resides in New Jersey with his wife, Stacey, and their daughters. Through speaking engagements and community involvement, he illustrates how perceived limitations can become unique strengths.
