The study examines the linguistic landscape of Prizrenits minority languages, everyday communication patterns, and the role of Albanian, Bosnian, Turkish, and Romani in both private and institutional settings. It analyzes Kosovo's advanced language legislation and highlights a key tension at the heart of the country's multilingual reality: while minority language rights are strongly guaranteed in the Constitution and supporting laws, implementation remains uneven due to financial, technical, and administrative challenges.
