Jere Stille is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience driving transformative strategies, operational excellence, and financial performance in complex, competitive environments. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for Meeting Street Schools, Jere oversees daily operations and strategic management for an organization dedicated to delivering exceptional educational experiences to approximately 1,700 students across four campuses in Charleston and Spartanburg, South Carolina.Prior to his current role, Jere had a distinguished 26-year career with Boeing, holding several key leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer of Boeing South Carolina, Managing Executive Director of Financial Operations for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, and Senior Director of Finance and Strategy. In these roles, he successfully led teams of over 400 professionals, managed annual budgets exceeding $25 billion, executed large-scale organizational transformations, and identified billions of dollars in cost efficiencies and growth opportunities. His operational expertise spans all organizational levels, seamlessly connecting strategic insights from the production floor to the C-suite.Beyond his professional career, Jere actively contributes to community and nonprofit organizations. He serves on the Board of Trustees at Seacoast Church in Charleston, SC, and on the board of Shared City, a nonprofit committed to strengthening poverty alleviation efforts through specialized training, resource sharing, and strategic collaboration. His community involvement also includes past roles as a Board of Deacons member at Eastridge Church in Issaquah, WA, and serving on the board of the Whittier Area Parents' Association for the Developmentally Handicapped (WAPADH) in Southern California. Additionally, Jere is passionate about mentorship, volunteering as a one-on-one cancer support mentor and regularly leading career development, team management, and work-life balance sessions at conferences.After retiring in 2024 from a successful 26-year career at Boeing, Jere founded Increase EBITDA Consulting, where he leverages his extensive experience to guide businesses through strategic transformations aimed at operational excellence, sustained growth, and enhanced profitability. Personally, Jere is a dedicated husband and father of two children. His passion for fitness and endurance challenges is demonstrated through his achievements as a martial arts black belt and an Ironman 70.3 finisher (2018).
