Having navigated her own struggles with trauma and anxiety, Meg brings a compassionate, relatable perspective to her work. She's the founder of Lifestyle Reboot, a movement helping high-functioning, burned-out people reignite their spark through programs like Thrive More, Stress Less and Ignite!, the signature burnout recovery membership. Meg has also led workshops on managing anxiety and imposter syndrome for professionals. Meg wrote this book to empower others with the tools and insights she found through her own healing journey and by working with clients for over a decade. When she's not helping clients, Meg enjoys practicing yoga, being outside, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
