He is the author of Hermeneutics as Apprenticeship: How the Bible Shapes Our Interpretive Habits and Practices, Reading Ephesians and Colossians: A Literary and Theological Commentary, and UnCorinthian Leadership: Thematic Reflections on 1 Corinthians. Starling is also the New Testament book review editor for Themelios.
