He passed away, may God have mercy on him, after suffering a stroke in 2002. I have the honor to publish my father's personal memoirs, which he wrote during his years of retirement. ولد صباح طلعت قادرت في بغداد عام 1939. تخرج في جامعة بغداد ، كلية التربية ، قسم اللغة الإنجليزية عام 1962. عمل في التعليم الثانوي وتقلد عدة مناصب في وزارة التربية والتعليم وإدارة العلاقات الثقافية ومنظمة اليونسكو في بغداد . التحق بوزارة الخارجية العراقية في عام 1976 وشغل العديد من المناصب في السفارات العراقية في كل من سيريلانكا ، برلين الشرقية ، كوبا ، ونائب المندوب الدائم لدى الأمم المتحدة في نيويورك عام 1989 وأخيرا القائم بالأعمال في نيروبي ثم شغل منصب في بغداد قبل التقاعد عام 2002 توفي رحمه الله بعد أصابته بجلطة دماغية سنة . 2023 يشرفني أن أنشر المذكرات الشخصية لوالدي، والتي كتبها خلال سنوات تقاعده.

My hope is to invite readers to question what is real, explore the mysteries of past lives, and follow characters navigating the thin line between waking life and dreams.
