Dr. Jaya Sweta Srivastava is a prominent figure in the edtech sector, recognized for her transition from the lecture hall to the boardroom. With two decades of experience, she holds a PhD in Management from Kalinga University, a master's degree in Management from Patna University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from the UK, and a certification in Soft Skills from IIT Kharagpur. She has been awarded an honorary doctorate from the University of Tonga for her substantial contributions, having published 52 research papers on women's empowerment. In 2023, she was honored with the Shero Awards from Twell Media. Additionally, shares her hindi poetries on the You Tube channel.
