In this book, the authors have uncovered a mechanism for 24-hour solar illumination of a bomb shelter using a a light receiver that dynamically tracks the light activity of sunlight, collected throughout the day, transmitted via fiber optics to the bomb shelters for illuminating the rooms, which charges batteries of photovoltaic cells located in the the most illuminated areas of these rooms, the electric current from which at night turns on the LEDs located near the interior lights of the rooms, until the batteries are fully discharged in the morning. Twenty-four-hour, continuous production of hydrogen and oxygen for the life-support systems bomb shelters in a specially designed photoelectrolyzer-generator is achieved by using sunlight from a light receiver transmitted via fiber optics as light for the photoelectrolyzer generator. Twenty-four-hour, continuous production of hydrogen and oxygen allowed the development of continuous charging of the fuel cells in the electric car's engine and continuous driving of the electric car day and night.
