Employees have changed. Business is still stuck in the 20th century. It's time they catch up. A Better Work is a story about how work has changed, or more specifically, how it hasn't. Employees no longer work for one company their whole lives and companies are no longer loyal to their employees. So what do business owners and entrepreneurs need to do to make sure their business is successful in this new age of work? Ethan Knight is that business owner and Violet is just the muse he needs to understand the changing world of business at a time when his is on the verge of collapse. If he can save his company, he's going to have to change everything. With time running out, Violet takes him on a world-wide tour of her system to reimagine the future of work. It's an ambitious journey that will test everything Ethan thought he knew about business. It's a journey that will test what Violet thought she knew about herself, and in the end, it could change everything for both of them.
