Cecilia Payne - Kat Kaelin is a Veteran of the Vietnam War, a ten-year member of the 100th Division US Army Reserve, and a retired Probation and Parole Officer for the State of Kentucky. She earned a Bachelor's Degree while working full-time and a Master's Degree after her retirement. She has enjoyed Freelance Writing for over 40 years. Cecilia contracted for three books published three books and has written dozens of books (2-Contracted through a publisher, 2-Self-published, written over 89 books as a Ghostwriter for professional organizations wishing to expand their line of eBooks [subjects: self-help, psychology, behavioral, diet, raw-foods, exercise, diabetes, self-improvement, motivational, growing a business, banking, real estate, phobias, ADHD Bipolar and Panic Attack]), wrote two 40,000-word romance book series, created a 60,000-word fiction book, and edited a Disney book, among others. Cecilia Payne - Kat Kaelin founded the first writers club in Western Kentucky in 1980, Western Kentucky Creative Writers Club, and was honored by a national publication with an article called "Portrait of a Writer" in 1980, contracted for a short story in "Faith & Inspiration," New York, 1980 (circulation over 3 million). She signed a contract for an article in "Road King Magazine" in 1985, titled My Co-Driver and Me.
