Elle est titulaire d'un doctorat en gestion de la qualité obtenu en 2009 à l'IMW. Clausthal (Allemagne) et de l'Université du Nord de Baia Mare (Roumanie). Elle est l'auteur de plus de 14 livres et de plus de 78 articles de journaux dans le domaine de la qualité. Son travail se concentre sur l'analyse de la qualité dans différents domaines d'application et sur l'établissement d'un modèle interculturel dans le domaine de la gestion.
