Hailey Morrison is a middle grade author and illustrator, with her debut work, A Curious Case of Plagium (or Plagium for short), being her first foray into combining both her art and storytelling skills.The book has since garnered attention, winning the 2022 Wattys award hosted by storytelling platform Wattpad in the Mystery/Thriller category. In addition, Plagium won a grand prize for its story to be considered for an animated adaptation for one year.Hailey lives in the Atlanta, GA, area where (besides clacking away behind a keyboard) she can be found hiking, gardening, sewing, building, volunteering, or painting-a Renaissance woman, indeed!
