GERASIMOS AVLONITES (fl. 1752-1773) was a Greek Christian leader who consistently identified himself as the Greek Orthodox Bishop of Arcadia in Crete. A native of Corfu, then dominated by Venice, he worked in Crete during the period of Ottoman domination there.
