Vanity M. Hill is an uplifting author born and raised in Houston, TX. Her children's books encourage self-love and positive relationship building. Vanity's first book, A Girl and Her Grandpa, explores the admiration a young girl has for her cherished relationship with her devoted grandfather. The book was inspired by Vanity's relationship with her late grandfather, who motivated her to relentlessly pursue her passions. A Girl and Her Grandpa is available on Amazon. Her second book, A Crown Like Mine, aims to highlight the importance of self-love and speaking life into young girls. It is also available on Amazon. Vanity is also an avid philanthropist and socially-conscious creative. She founded EMHERGE LLC., a business dedicated to aiding young women in pursuing a college education. Through EMHERGE, she awards multiple minority scholarships with the James L. Hill Scholarship Writing Contest, a scholarship program dedicated to her late grandfather.
