Herr Banza wurde am 17. November 1948 geboren. Er war Sekundarschullehrer am Institut Fundi in Gombe, Kinshasa, leitender Angestellter in der Treuhandgesellschaft für Verwaltung und Rechtsstreitigkeiten, Studienbeauftragter im Service présidentiel d'etudes (SPE), Finanzdirektor in der Sucrerie de Kiliba, Geschäftsmann und Berater in verschiedenen Ministerien.
