Autorenporträt
Charles M. Plishka, PT, DPT, NCS earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Creighton University in Omaha, NE, and is board-certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist in physical therapy. He is the owner of Posture & Balance Concepts, LLC, which offers consulting services, program development, and continuing education courses. He teaches continuing education courses on the topics of vestibular therapy, evaluation and treatment of balance and dizziness, Parkinson's disease, and multiple sclerosis, acquired brain injury, and is an international speaker on topics of vestibular therapy. He is co-owner and operator of a vestibular and balance clinic in Billings, Montana, USA. Dr. Plishka is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association where he has served as the Secretary of the Vestibular Special Interest Group. He is a founder and served as Chair of the Vestibular Special Interest Group for the International Neurologic Physical Therapy Association (INPA), which is part of World Physiotherapy.
