Sam is a member of the Western Australia Police Force, after joining in 2011 as an 18-year-old. His earliest memories of literature are of his late grandfather reading Dr Seuss books to him and reciting Christmas rhymes. While stationed in Regional Western Australia, Sam began writing children s books, drawing inspiration from those childhood memories. In his spare time, Sam lives an active life where he enjoys taking his dog out for a walk or run at the beach and Australian Rules Football. This is Sam s second publication, following the delightful tale, Mitsy s Adventure.
