Zoe Read, MD, is a writer, storyteller, and physician who has spent over two decades studying health and wellness. A certified yoga instructor with a passion for integrating wellness and medicine, Dr. Read has travelled the world as a community organizer and is an outspoken advocate for survivors of abuse. She lives in a small farming community surrounded by horses and wild turkeys with her husband and two very fluffy dogs, Bucket and Riley.
