Safira Rapoport is the Head of Testimonies at Israel's Yad Vashem, the National Institute for the Study of Jewish History and The Holocaust. A previous author of anthologies of Holocaust testimonies, she was educated at the universities of New York and The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
