Dr. Ramesh Kumar Sen (MS, Ortho, DNB, PhD) is the Director and Head of the Orthopedics Department at Max Hospital Mohali, Chandigarh, and a former Professor at PGIMER, Chandigarh, specializing in pelvic acetabular trauma and joint replacement surgeries. He has served as the President of the Indian Orthopedic Association and the Association of Pelvic Acetabular Surgeons of India and is a member of the International Pelvic Acetabular Expert Group. Dr. Sen holds the global record for the highest number of femoral head fracture-dislocation surgeries. He has organized several workshops on hip and pelvic acetabular fractures at national and international levels. Dr. Sen has authored 250 peer-reviewed publications and presented at numerous national and international conferences, received several prestigious awards, and delivered notable orations.
Dr. Sujit Kumar Tripathy (MS, DNB, Dip SICOT, FACS, MCh) completed his post-graduation in Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery from PGIMER Chandigarh, India, and his MCh in Orthopedics from Teesside University, UK. He is a Professor at AIIMS, Bhubaneswar, specializing in arthroplasty and trauma surgery. He is also the nodal officer of ICMR-INTENT for the east zone of India. Dr. Tripathy has authored 200 peer-reviewed publications, contributed 20 book chapters delivered numerous guest lectures, and presented at scientific meetings. He has won several awards and has extensive experience in femoral head fracture-dislocation.
