After graduating high school in Wisconsin many years ago, Todd Voter joined the Army for just two years for college money. Then he met Tammy. He reenlisted, and they spent the next two decades traveling the world, madly in love, before settling in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Tammy is gone now, but Todd's still madly in love. A retired Master Sergeant, he holds a Master's of Science in Strategic Intelligence from the Joint Military Intelligence College in Washington, D.C. His military assignments included stints in South Korea, Germany, and Japan; stateside, he did tours with the 7th Infantry Division and the 101st Airborne Division, as well as the Defense Intelligence Agency in Washington
