Joel Clark, Ph.D. is a lecturer in the Department of Political Science at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. His research interests include political ethics and reform, including campaign finance and term limits, and student learning and professional development. Dr. Clark holds a Ph.D. in political science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, an M.A. in political science from Colorado State University, and a B.A. in political science from California State University, Fullerton.
