Shri Ravi Bhushan is a seasoned expert in Electrical Maintenance, with over 33 years of distinguished service in various refineries of Indian Oil Corporation Limited. He has been mainly involved in electrical maintenance and projects, and is currentlyworking in the Human Resources Department. He was rewarded for Energy Saving Suggestion"during his tenure at Guwahati Refinery In 2003.Having spent his childhood in rural area, Shri Bhushan possesses a deep understanding of village life and the psychological dynamics of rural communities.Also, throught the career, he met people from different areas of the country and understood their feelings.
