Betty Lok grew i[ in North Dakota walking the prairies. She is a chiropractor and loves helping people. She has two children and is married to Kevin Lok. In addition to childrens books she also pens Christian themed help books for Women and Business. A 2011 University of Findlay Graduate focusing on Children's Book Illustration, Lauren is a fine art illustrator working in the fields of story-telling and character design. A long time lover of nature, animals, and inspiring others, Lauren builds her portfolio with private commissions, personal paintings, and freelance work. Her medium ranges from digital to traditional, and includes pet and human portraits, original character design, comics, and fan work.
