Autorenporträt
PETER THOMAS OLDBROOK (PTO) is a first-time novel writer who started his craft rather late in life, after his proper job retirement. He feels his writing style is somewhat similar to his gardening style. In truth, more agricultural than horticultural. It's hard to believe that his Great-grandfather was the Head Gardener of a grand Stately Home near Northampton!Having written and published motoring-related magazine articles previously, Peter has always tried to incorporate some humour in his 'in-the-moment' first-hand and fresh style. Especially against the backdrop of the region he loves the best - his birthplace; the East Midlands of England.Married with a wife, a daughter, a Grand-daughter and two female dogs, he hopes to continue to write successfully until his wife finds him something more useful to do.PETER OLDBROOK is a member of the Society of Authors (SoA) and has no qualifications whatsoever to justify this very late career move.
