According to a rule of thumb, there is approximately one child with ADHD in every class. Children who find it particularly difficult to cope with everyday school life need even more attention, consistency and support in order to build the foundations for a successful future. Having a pupil with ADHD in class presents a major educational challenge. This book addresses the question of which measures have a beneficial effect on the behaviour of children with ADHD. In addition to basic information about ADHD, it therefore focuses in particular on strategies for the educational guidance of children with ADHD. Three guided expert interviews also provide insight into the topic from the perspective of a psychologist, a primary school teacher and a guidance counsellor.
