Dr. Uday Panwar is a distinguished academician and researcher currently serving as Faculty in the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication at the School of Technology Management and Engineering (STME), NMIMS Hyderabad. He holds a Ph.D. in VLSI Design from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal, and has completed his B.E. (Hons., 75.56%) in Electronics and Communication and M.E. (Hons., 76.93%) in Digital Communication from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, Devi Ahilya University, Indore. With over 12 years and 10 months of academic and administrative experience, Dr. Panwar has contributed extensively to teaching, research, and institutional development. Prior to joining NMIMS, he served in leadership capacities such as Professor and Head of the Department (ECE) at SIRT, Bhopal. He has also been the Group Convener of the Entrepreneurship Cell and Start-up Coordinator at the Institution's Innovation Council (IIC), fostering innovation and entrepreneurial culture among students and faculty.

Dr. Panwar's research expertise is focused on Low-Power VLSI Design, with a particular emphasis on Carbon Nanotube Field Effect Transistor (CNTFET)-based digital circuits. He has authored and co-authored over 30 research papers, including 16 publications indexed in SCI, SCOPUS, and Web of Science, and several others in UGC Care-listed journals.
